若您欲於 luchinshu.co 或其他平台購買商品或使用特定功能，可能需先註冊帳號。您應提供真實、完整且最新的資料，並於資料變更時立即更新。
To make purchases or access certain features, you may need to create an account on luchinshu.co or related platforms. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and promptly update it when necessary.
2.2 資訊準確性｜Information Accuracy
您保證所提供的資料皆為真實正確，若有虛偽或冒用他人資訊，盧琴樹得隨時暫停或終止帳號。
You represent and warrant that all submitted information is true and accurate. Misrepresentation or fraudulent activity may lead to suspension or termination of your account.
2.3 帳號安全｜Account Security
您需妥善保管帳號與密碼，並對帳號下所有行為負責。如發現未經授權使用，請立即與我們聯繫。

3. 訂單與付款｜Orders and Payments

3.1 訂單成立｜Order Acceptance
所有訂單皆須經本公司確認後方視為成立。我們保留因庫存不足、可疑訂單或其他原因拒絕訂單之權利。
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Luchinshu reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including stock shortages or suspected fraud.
3.2 價格與幣別｜Pricing & Currency
網站所示價格依據銷售地區不同而異，並可能包含或不包含稅金。若涉及進口稅或關稅，需由消費者自行負擔。
All prices are displayed in the applicable local currency and may vary depending on location. Taxes, duties, or import fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
3.3 付款方式｜Payment Methods
我們提供多種安全的付款方式（如 Visa、Mastercard、PayPal、LINE Pay 等）。付款資料將透過第三方金流服務安全處理，本公司不會儲存完整卡號資訊。

4. 出貨與配送｜Shipping & Delivery

4.1 配送地區｜Delivery Regions
目前提供部分海外地區配送，運送時間將依地區、清關及物流情況而有所不同。
We currently ship to selected international regions. Delivery times may vary depending on customs and local logistics.
4.2 風險轉移｜Risk of Loss
商品交付物流業者後，商品所有權與風險即轉移至您。
Risk of loss and ownership transfer to you once the product is delivered to the carrier.

5. 退換貨與退款｜Returns & Refunds

在法律允許的最大範圍內，盧琴樹對於因使用或無法使用本服務所造成的間接、附帶、或衍生性損害概不負責。
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luchinshu shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.

9. 準據法與爭議解決｜Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

本協議應依 中華民國（台灣）法律 解釋與執行。若發生爭議，雙方同意以 台灣台北地方法院 為第一審管轄法院。
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), and any disputes shall be resolved by the Taipei District Court, Taiwan as the court of first instance.
